Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

Are your products plant-based?

In alignment with the philosophy of Eleven Madison Park, the majority of our home collection is 100% plant-based. Please refer to the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed nutritional information.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our guest relations team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
